Donna McCain
Chief Executive Officer
Donna brings over 25 years of accounting and corporate tax experience to PowerFlow. She joined the company in 2008 to oversee the business's financial strategy. This quickly evolved into managing operations and implementing best practices to grow the company's value. In 2019, she purchased the majority ownership of the company. PowerFlow owes its exceptional financial stewardship, integrity, and cultural stability to Donna's leadership. As CEO, her leadership, experience and vision advance our organizational sustainability and power our forward momentum.
Jim McCain
President
Jim is a veteran of the fluid power industry with 30 years of expertise. His leadership and integrity have helped forge key partnerships with product manufacturers that are technological leaders. These relationships are critical to Jim's drive to deliver excellent product quality, the best technology, and the highest level of customer support. Jim's industry knowledge and his commitment to excellent relationships, product quality, and technical innovation are central to the successful execution of PowerFlow's mission.
Pat Caton
Vice President Business Development
Pat has nearly three decades of experience in sales, business development, and account management in the filtration and separations industry. The majority of his career has been focused on developing and supporting customer solutions within the energy and aviation markets. Pat has presented and written on a variety of industry-related topics. His extensive market knowledge, coupled with his enthusiasm and expertise in complex sales and customer relations, ensures that PowerFlow's customer experience is regarded as the best in our industry.
Keith Millican
Director Technical Sales and Marketing
As a chemical engineer with over two decades of sales and marketing expertise, Keith bridges the technical and commercial aspects of the corporate mission. He joined PowerFlow from a prominent filter manufacturer after 16 years of establishing innovative filtration and separation solutions in the energy market. Keith is immersed in technical sales, product development, and marketing projects focused on PowerFlow's leading technologies. By fostering our culture of value through innovation, Keith's work supports our corporate development and sustainability.
Stephen Hinton
Director Engineering and Manufacturing
As a Mechanical Engineer and patent-holder with 15 years of experience in design and innovation engineering, Stephen provides equipment design solutions for the most challenging customer requirements. Directing the day-to-day operations of PowerFlow's engineering department and manufacturing facility, Stephen places a strong emphasis on interdepartmental collaboration. Bringing additional experience to the team in quoting, purchasing, database management, and product documentation/support, he plays a central role in the process and progress of manufacturing projects at PowerFlow.
