This quickly developed into management of operations and implementing best practices to grow the value of the company. In 2019 she purchased majority ownership of the company. PowerFlow owes its exceptional financial stewardship, spirit of integrity and cultural stability to Donna's leadership. Jim is a veteran of the fluid power industry with 30 years of expertise. He founded PowerFlow in 2003. His leadership and integrity has helped forge key partnerships with product manufacturers that are technological leaders. Pat has nearly three decades of sales, business development and account management experience in the filtration and separations industry. The majority of his career has been focused on developing and supporting customer solutions within the energy and aviation markets. Pat has presented and written on a variety of industry related topics. His extensive market knowledge coupled with his enthusiasm and expertise in complex sales and customer relations ensures that PowerFlow's customer experience is regarded as the best in our industry.
Vice Pesident Engineering and Operations
Joe began his career as a design engineer in the aerospace industry specializing in fluid systems. From there he co-founded a successful firm that designed and manufactured automotive fuel systems. Many components he designed are still considered the “best in field.” Joe joined PowerFlow in 2008. His innovative fluid system designs and entrepreneurial ventures translate into customer confidence in our technologies, product quality, and ability to exceed expectations on every project.

As a chemical engineer with over two decades of sales and marketing expertise, Keith bridges the technical and commercial aspects of the corporate mission. He joined PowerFlow from a prominent filter manufacturer after 16 years of establishing innovative filtration and separation solutions in the energy market. Keith is immersed in technical sales, product development and marketing projects aimed at PowerFlow's leading technologies.
